HYDAC CLOGGING INDICATORS (VISUAL/ELECTRIC)

A rigid maintenance schedule can often lead to one of two problems: either expensive filter elements are disposed of too early on, or they are changed too late, causing the bypass valve to open and unfiltered oil to enter into the system. HYDAC clogging indicators resolve this conflict. They continuously monitor your filters’ level of saturation and precisely signal the most cost-effective and safe time to change. This process ensures continuous oil cleanliness. At the same time, operating costs can be reduced, as the service lives of the elements can be utilized to the full. VR – back-pressure - The VR back-pressure indicator with G1/2 threaded connection is designed for return and suction filters. VMF – back-pressure, with G1/8 - The VMF back-pressure indicator with G1/8 threaded connection is designed for return and suction filters. VRD – back-pressure, with differential pressure hole The VRD back-pressure indicator is designed for hydraulic filters with a differential pressure port. VL – differential pressure, up to 25 bar - The VL differential pressure indicator is designed for line filters with a maximum operating pressure of 25 bar. V02 – differential pressure, up to 25 bar, external piping The V02 differential pressure indicator with external tubing is suitable for line filters with a maximum operating pressure of 100 bar. VM – differential pressure, up to 210 bar. The VM differential pressure indicator is designed for line filters with a maximum operating pressure of 210 bar.
